Last Two Days
I haven't really eaten any solid meals the last two days. I'll get hungry, but nothing sounds appetizing, so I'll just have a snack. Rinse and repeat. I have at least been eating a lot of clementines.

Monday 7/12/10
Breakfast: PBJ on whole wheat with no-sugar-added jam. 1% milk.
Lunch: Frozen CPK pizza - garlic chicken on thin crust. Diet soda.
Dinner: Leftover chicken fried rice.
Snack: Special K with 1%. Clementine.
Okay wow. Today was a horrible food day. But really, today was just horrible altogether (I told you about the epic fight that kept me up all night, literally). At least I didn't eat Wendy's. And actually, I weighed myself this morning and I'm down to 194. I don't even remember where I started, but I know I've lost something!

Sunday 7/11/10
Lunch: I had to go to an AA meeting for one of my classes and I was running late. I didn't want a breakfast burrito but that's the thing I could make the fastest and eat in the car, so that's what I had. Diet soda.
Dinner: Sushi feast courtesy of my mom! Salad, vegetable tempura, cucumber roll, shrimp tempura roll, lobster roll (I was sharing my rolls with my mom). Tiny shot-glass-sized chocolate mousse for dessert.
Snack: Honey nut cheerios with 1%.
Had a nice walk to and from dinner, probably 20-30 minutes.

Saturday 7/10/10
Breakfast: Oatmeal squares cereal with 1%.
Lunch: Wanted hangover food. Cheeseburger and fries from McDonald's.
Dinner: 2 frozen waffles with butter and syrup. 1% milk. Yeah, weird. I don't know.

Friday 7/9/10
Slept through breakfast.
Lunch: Leftover pot stickers and rice.
Snack: Clementine, light cheese, crackers.
Dinner: Tried a nearby tavern on a date. Had a green salad with some kind of vinaigrette, and a BLTA on a ciabatta roll. Hard cider.
Drinks: Had 4 or so vodka tonic type drinks.
Does walking to, from and between bars count as exercise? Probably not enough walking to count.

Thursday 7/8/10
Breakfast: Starbucks - venti light frap and the bacon artisan sandwich. I needed a serious boost as I had to be at school at 7:30 and was facing a 10 hour day.
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich from the deli. They make their chicken salad with light mayo, yay! Served with lettuce, tomato and pickles on a roll. Clementine and diet soda on the side.
Snacks: Apple, 1 oz. roasted almonds, Fiber One granola bar.
Dinner: Ordered Chinese delivery even though I had plenty of leftovers in the house. I think I was feeling depressed about the paper I had to write. Had 2 small eggrolls, 4 pot stickers, and chicken fried rice. I ended up not eating much of the rice after filling up on appetizers.
Exercise: Whoa! Haven't seen this category in a while. During lab today we spent the whole time running around outside analyzing complex movements. I learned how to properly kick a soccer ball and had a blast doing it. We played a game of kickball at the end of lab, too. At least 30 solid minutes of FUN exercise.

Wednesday 7/7/10
Breakfast: Burrito.
Snack: Grapes.
Lunch: Vegetable barley soup (zero WW points!), clementine, diet soda.
Snacks: Light baby cheese. Oatmeal squares cereal with 1%.
Dinner: It was raining and I wanted comfort food. My first impulse was to go to McDonald's, but I decided to have a veggie burger and tater tots at home instead. Veggie burger on a whole wheat bun with cheddar, light mayo, avocado, lettuce, tomato, pickles. Started to eat my tater tots with "fry sauce" (light mayo and ketchup mixed together) but decided after a few tots that I preferred them plain. Diet 7-Up.
