Breakfast: Went to my mom's to have brunch with visiting family. She made honey wheat waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, and chicken sausage. Also had some grapes and a clementine. 2% milk.
Napped through lunch.
Snack: Blueberry banana smoothie made with light vanilla yogurt. Baked pita chips with hummus.
Dinner: Arrived starving to a BBQ - mistake! I ate a hot dog, a cheeseburger, tortilla chips with spinach artichoke dip, watermelon and some kind of alcoholic punch. It was all delicious and I tried to eat really slowly to make sure I was really hungry enough to eat all that.
