Tuesday 7/6/10

Well, I was feeling hopelessly unmotivated yesterday and I ate like it. But today I think I did pretty well!

Breakfast: D'light sandwich.

Snacks: Starving all morning. Ate blueberries, grapes, a clementine, light baby cheese, and a Fiber One granola bar. Most of this was my lunch, which left me with...

Lunch: Chicken noodle soup, small chunk of French bread. Diet soda.

Snack: 1 oz. roasted almonds.

Dinner: BBQ chicken, corn on the cob, pasta salad, garlic bread. Leftovers from Sunday. 1% milk.

So yeah. Plenty of fruits and veggies. Nothing terribly horrible, although the pasta salad and garlic bread probably weren't excellent. But overall I'm very happy with my day. Way to bounce back, me!
