WHOOPS! I so forgot about posting! It's not because I fell off the wagon again, I just completely forgot!
Breakfast: D'Light sandwich.
Snack: Apple, light baby cheese.
Lunch: Tuna sandwich from Subway w/provolone and piles of veggies. I know the tuna is pretty high fat but it is pretty much my crack. Didn't have chips or anything.
Dinner: Leftover lazy casserole.
Snack: Special K with 1%.
First of all, I am awesome for being able to list what I ate three days ago. Second of all, another mediocre day, food wise. I probably got 3 servings of fruit/veggies, but that's about my only healthy claim.
